Forever Green is proud to present a series of wedding open evenings in 2011.
Come along and enjoy a complimentary glass of bubbly while you talk to our wedding planners and other selected suppliers to talk about your special day. You will also have the opportunity to see the venue set up for a wedding. Entry is free and the event runs from 7pm till 9pm.

 Forever Green is the perfect venue for an eco wedding. It is nestled in the trees in the centre of a stunning 70 acre woodland park. The variety of bird life is astounding (several breeds of Woodpecker, Long-tailed Tits, Owls and many more) and mammals such as Fallow Deer can be seen grazing in the park. The site is also used to return healed animals and birds to their natural environment, such as Tawny Owls, Kestrels and even Buzzards.
A Forever Green Wedding takes place between two rooms within the venue - both of which will give you the wow factor that your wedding needs.
 The Café (on the ground floor) has a refreshing open space that really integrates itself with the woodland - through its floor to ceiling windows, the trees (which are lit up with fairy lights) look in at you. This area can be used for reception drinks (with a capacity of 100) before your wedding breakfast and could be used as part of the evening reception - it's a great place for a dance floor and for a band to be located.
The Forest Suite which is brand new and due for completion this July 2009 looks down on the tree canopy - This is where the bar is located and where you would have your Wedding Breakfast. We can seat around 80 guests in The Forest Suite for the wedding breakfast. With the 2 areas combined, there is room for 150 people for an evening reception.
 And if it's a fine day, then there is an outdoor terrace for reception drinks as well as all the woodland space for your photos. Forever Green's food is all freshly prepared on site - we source food locally where possible - this includes apples from our own orchard, herbs from our herb garden and free range eggs from down the road. We are a flexible venue and so will look at any requests that you may have to make your day the special one that it deserves to be.
A Green Venue
 Not only is Forever Green surrounded by nature, but the environment is taken very seriously, both in the venue and throughout its 70 acre woodland surrounds.
Some of the measures that we take include:
Minimizing food miles and supporting the local economy by using local suppliers as well as growing some of our own food such as apples, herbs and vegetables.
Recycling of plastics, paper, glass and cans.
An ongoing program for the planting of native trees and shrubs to the site and managing it in order to encourage the return of indigenous flora and fauna.
Fallen wood is left on the ground to encourage rare beetles and other invertebrates.
