 The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew is world-renowned for its beautiful flora, iconic buildings, and conservation work. The Gardens provide a variety of venue choices that promise to make a memorable setting for any wedding.Cambridge Cottage is Kew's most popular wedding venue and holds the Garden's only civil wedding license. Ceremonies take place in the Georgian drawing room, providing space for up to 80 guests, as couples take their vows overlooking the beautiful Duke's Garden. All of the guests who attend a ceremony can be accommodated for a wedding breakfast in the neighboring Gallery.
 The Orangery is one of Kew's most magnificent glasshouses. White walls, Portland stone floors and a scattering of citrus trees create a simplistic, yet elegant, interior to which detail can be easily added.
High arched windows overlook the terrace, where couples can hold drinks receptions in fine weather. The terrace leads on to a superbly-manicured lawn with views of the sweeping vistas of Kew and night-lit trees.
 The Temperate House is the largest surviving Victorian glasshouse in the world. It enables guests to dine among over 1700 species of plants from the sub-tropical regions of the world. Available in the evenings only, the plants and foliage are illuminated by discreet spotlights. Dancing can easily be accommodated in the entrance spaces.
Differentiating Kew from many wedding venues is their concern for the environment. A `green wedding' in every sense, not only are couples surrounded by lawns and plants, but the funds generated from venue hire are a vital source of income for Kew, and contribute to the funding of Kew's plant conservation and research work. For this reason also, Kew encourages guests to use the excellent public transport routes to reach the Gardens. Kew is the perfect option for environmentally-conscious couples to enjoy their wedding in a spectacular venue, whilst contributing to the surroundings.
